A Competitive and Efficient Way of Natural Gas Separation
The natural gas that we consume is far different from the natural gas that is produced from its natural source. The gas undergoes several processing methods before being used by the end users. As a matter of fact, raw natural gas is extracted from 3 types of wells, namely oil wells, condensate wells and gas wells. Natural gas, which may or may not be dissolved in the crude oil, also consists of other components like semi-liquid hydrocarbon condensate, hydrocarbons like ethane, propane, pentanes, iso-butane, gasoline and butanes. Besides, raw natural gas also carries water vapor, hydrogen sulphide, helium, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and other compounds. Now, natural gas processing consists of the method that separates all the hydrocarbon particles and fluids from the raw natural gas before making the gas available for supply to different application areas.
How Does an Industrial Stack Exhaust Heads Separator Work
Industrial manufacturing methods and applications require end number of machineries and supportive equipment to operate smoothly and without any interruption. This blog would discuss the definition, operation and application of industrial stack exhaust heads separator and its applications in different industrial sectors.
What are Exhaust Heads Separators?
These machine type separators act as exhaust heads that help in the removal of liquid and solid particles from exhaust gases in order to keep the adjacent machinery and the atmosphere in the vicinity free from the damaging effects. An exhaust header is preferred over an exhaust separator as the former is considered having better performance level and more efficient operation along with its simplicity of design. Moreover, exhaust separators may also contain some moving parts or replaceable filters.
Gas Liquid Separator: How Does It Operate and Where Is It Used
Industrial sectors deal with numerous heavy machines and complex manufacturing processes, which require certain level of environmental conditions to operate properly. For several production systems, flow of clean, fresh and dehumidified air is a necessity. Gas/liquid separation technology is utilized to treat the flow of air or water (wherever applicable) and to separate the 2 elements in order to facilitate productivity and efficiency of manufacturing process.
