Didion Separator Company's Type DSL, DSU, and DST Separators are capable of removing 99.8% of all liquid entrainment from gas, steam, air and vapor pipe lines without causing any significant pressure drop.

Most units are available from stock for immediate delivery, all others guaranteed 4 weeks or better. Special Order units may take a longer lead time due to material.

All standard 150# units are designed for 150 psig @ 500° F., and all standard 300# units are designed for 500 psig @ 650° F. All units have a built-in corrosion allowance for years of uninterrupted service. In addition, internal elements are constructed of stainless steel to enhance the life of the system.

All of Didion's Separators, Exhaust Heads, Flash Recovery Vessels, Blow Down Separators, Fabricated Strainers and Skid Packages are also available in a variety of other materials as a special order. Standard units can be customized to suit your unique design requirements. All units are painted with high temperature safety blue paint.

A strong established company, Didion's Mechancial has been fabricating pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers and other customized process equipment and machinery since 1977. We contract with Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB Global Standards), as a thrid party Authorized Inspection agency and hold the following ASME and National Board stamps:

U - For the manufacturing of Pressure Vessels to ASME Sect. VIII, Div. 1

U2 - For the manufacturing of Pressure Vessels to ASME Sect. VIII, Div 2

S - For the manufacturing of Power Boliers to ASME Sect. 1

PP - For the Manufacturing of Pressure Piping to ASME Sect. 1 & B31.1

R - The National Board stamp for Repairs and Alterations to Code Stamped equipment

CE -  Used on pressure equipment certified in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
